We do not take ticket orders over the telephone.
The STAR Centre does not have an active box office onsite. However, if you wish to purchase your tickets in person, you may do so at the Havre de Grace Visitor Center located at 450 Pennington Avenue, Havre de Grace, MD during their normal operating hours. They accept cash or credit card payments.
Please be aware tickets are $10 more at the door. The STAR Centre doors open two hours prior to an event.
If you purchased your tickets online with a credit card, you may come one hour before the show with a photo ID of the person who purchased the tickets. If you purchased your tickets over the telephone or at the Visitor Center in person, you must go back to the point of purchase to have them replaced.
The STAR Centre has a NO REFUND/NO EXCHANGE policy.
Any show produced by The STAR offers a 10% discount to all active and retired military by using the promo code MILTHANKS. You may be asked to show your military ID upon entering the event. The STAR produced events also offer a 10% discount to groups of 20 or more. Please call The STAR for details. Other discounts may be offered by outside production companies and will vary from show to show. Please check the show page for more information.

Absolutely no holds on tickets for any STAR Centre events.
The STAR Centre does not support the unauthorized reselling of tickets at a price above printed face value. The State of Maryland bars the resale of tickets above face value. If you have purchased tickets from an unauthorized ticket dealer and arrive at the theatre unknowingly with fraudulent tickets, or you arrive at your seats to find someone has been sold the same exact seats, The STAR cannot honor, refund, or exchange those tickets.
The STAR Centre is committed to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for our guests, staff, and performers during all performances and events. It reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and/or those that are in breach of building policies or those that pose danger or disruption to the performance or other guests. Anyone in need of assistance during an event should inform one of The STAR’s staff members or volunteers who will provide the appropriate assistance.
Concessions, including a bar, are available at all STAR Centre performances two hours prior to showtime and up until the last 30 minutes of the show, and may be brought into the theatre. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the STAR Centre.
There is no specific dress code for attending shows at The STAR Centre. Guests are encouraged to wear casual attire or what is appropriate for the show they are attending.
We have plenty of free parking in the large parking lot directly in front of the building. There is additional and overflow parking in the smaller parking lots on the side and in the back of the building.

As a general rule and for theatrical events, for the safety of the cast members, stage crew, and the enjoyment of other guests, photography or recording devices are discouraged. For some concerts, however, the Artists may make exception to non-flash photography. Please check specific shows.
For theatrical events and performances, standing is not allowed – this policy is enforced. For concerts, depending on the nature of the performance, there may be occasions when guests are standing.
Some shows may have merchandise available for sale prior to and at the conclusion of each performance. STAR Centre merchandise such as t-shirts, earplugs, and seat cushions are available at all performances and concerts.
We welcome children ages 2 and above. Please be aware, however, some events are not appropriate for children. Parental discretion is advised for all events. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for patrons may be removed from the theatre without a refund. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the theatre.

The venue doors open two hours prior to a performance for food ad beverage service. The doors into the theatre open one hour prior to showtime.
Please arrive early. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house management or according to the artist’s policy.
The STAR Centre has the distinct privilege of being a convenient regional destination to multiple demographics. Beautifully situated with New York & Philadelphia to the north and Baltimore & Washington DC to the south, the STAR boasts a 900+ seat theater, two gymnasiums, and a dozen multi-purpose rooms.
